Steak Salad
4 Servings
WW pts (without bread) 7.5
2 heads Romaine, chopped
2 small or 1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
1/2 avocado, diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 english cucumber, sliced thin
1 cob fresh corn, cut off the cob
8 cherry peppers, sliced thin
1 & 1/2 leftover steak or other meat, sliced thin
Place all ingredients on a plate or bowl in an attractive manner. Add dressing. Enjoy deeply.
